Use of the Website

This website serves as a visual walkthrough of our creative services. Due to the confidential and custom nature of our work, only limited content is displayed publicly. We encourage interested clients to connect with us directly for personalized walkthroughs or to view exclusive content via video calls.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, videos, swatches, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Addaro. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited. Our embroidery techniques are original and not to be imitated or replicated.

 

Custom Work Policy

All swatches, motifs, and embroidery layouts developed at Addaro are the result of extensive handwork, creative exploration, and technical refinement. These swatches remain our intellectual property and cannot be used, replicated, or adapted into your patterns or products at any cost.

If you request us to replicate or take inspiration from another designer’s silhouette or moodboard, this does not constitute ownership or originality of design. Addaro does not claim authorship of such references and will not present them as original unless developed from scratch with our own design input and agreement with the client.

We are committed to creative transparency, respectful collaboration, and fair artistic practice. Any breach of this principle may result in denial of service and legal consequences where applicable.

Sampling & Production

  • Sampling typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the intricacy.

  • Production timelines vary based on the style and complexity but usually range from 6–9 weeks after confirmation and sampling.

We do not maintain offices or showrooms in other cities or countries currently, but plans for a Paris studio are underway.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your designs, images, or communication without your consent. However, by sharing visual references or sketches with us, you permit our design team to review and interpret them internally for development purposes.

Liability

Addaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of our website, delays in communication, or reliance on external courier services for international deliveries.

Terms of Payment

All payments are to be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Virtual Bank Accounts. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Initial Deposit is only to begin the production. The Final Payment with or without freight is the only thing that ensures  the dispatching of the order.
